About Us


Lynn Carvery, Owner / Property Manager

Not everyone has a passion for leasing & property management. But at HomeKey, it’s safe to say that Lynn does.


With over twenty years of leasing & property management experience, owner, Lynn Carvery, strives to provide the best customer service in the industry to both owners and tenants. Lynn ensures prompt & efficient attention to your rental needs. 

Lynn started in Property Management with her husband, when they became private landlords in 2001, it was through this experience that led her to working as a Property Manager with a local company for 6 years and then branching out on her own to start HomeKey.

In 2020, Lynn received a Certificate of Professional Studies in Residential Property Management offered through IPOANS (Investment Property Owners Association of NS) & NSCC.

Zoe Carvery, Leasing Agent

Joining the family business in 2020, Zoe has taken on the role of Leasing Agent.


She recently completed her studies in NSCCs Business Administration Program.


Zoe will be working full time assisting both clients and tenants with all their rental needs. 


Zoe's experience in customer service and desire to learn the business will only enhance the attention to detail and level of customer service HomeKey Rentals is known for. 


Spencer Carvery, Maintenance Manager

With a wealth of experience, Spencer can do it all to ensure your property is maintained and stays in a good state of repair to protect your investment. From building decks or sheds, to painting or minor plumbing or electrical, we can help. Our maintenance team is available 7 days a week to ensure a timely response to maintenance requests. 

HomeKey also contracts repairs to two other amazing handyman, so our team can ensure problems are solved quickly and within budget.
