You can hire us to do the leasing only, which includes all the steps necessary to find an acceptable tenant, from marketing and showing properties, to applicant screening and lease creation. However, if you want a more hands-off approach, ask about our property management services. 

 

Marketing

We use traditional forms of advertising (website, free ad sites, optional lawn sign) and will also include social media to promote your property to the maximum number of potential tenants.

HomeKey provides our property management clients with a secured login to access their account where they can download reports, access leases & invoices, etc at any time.
