We have been tenants so we understand how important it is to be treated fairly and have your rental needs met promptly. 


From the time you move in, your HomeKey Property Manager will treat you with the utmost respect and courtesy. 


We explain your lease and your home’s functionality

We will sit down with you to review your lease. It's important that you understand your obligations and responsibilities as well as any specific property rules. We are happy to take the time to answer any of your questions. We will conduct a move-in inspection at the beginning of your occupancy citing the condition, room by room, of the property as well as walk you through the functionality of your appliances, thermostat and other property features. 


It’s a fact of life that things break down in a home. Appliances, plumbing, electrical – even with proper maintenance, they all malfunction from time to time. The good news is that property managers from HomeKey promptly respond to maintenance issues so that you’re inconvenienced as little as possible.

As a tenant, you will also have access to your Resident Site. Here you can pay your rent, log maintenance requests or email a member of the HomeKey Team
